Packaged in: Plastic film suitable for food and then in carton of raw material. The product after its packaging is passed to the freezing oven at -40°C to -50°C for 48 hours so to freeze according to the food hygiene rules.
It is preserved at: -18°C for 12 months.
In the refrigeration from 0°C to +5°C for 24 hours.
Baking Instructions
a) Pass the kokoretsi to the skewer as it is frozen, place it on the highest point and grill gently for about 2 hours. Then lower the skewer and bake for as long as necessary until it is browned.
b) Grill the kokoretsi wrapped in baking paper on high temperature and after removing the baking paper, brown the product for 10 minutes.
