Soutzoukaki (Greek kebab)

Description: Soutzoukaki: 60gr, 80gr, 100gr

Ingredients: Pork meat minced, beef meat minced, lamb meat minced*, milk, toast, salt, pepper, oregano, onion, eggs, garlic, cumin, parsley, spices.

Types of packaging:
60gr: 96 Pcs/Carton, 5,7 Kgr.
80gr: 64 Pcs/Carton, 5,2Kgr.
100gr: 50 Pcs/Carton, 5 Kgr.

Packaged in: Plastic film suitable for food and then in carton of raw material. The product after its packaging is passed to the freezing oven at -40°C to -50°C for 48 hours so to freeze according to the food hygiene rules.

It is preserved at: -18°C for 12 months. In the refrigeration from 0°C to +5°C for 24 hours.

Baking Instructions

Bake or fry the product as it is frozen on a well-heated grill or in oil at 150°C to 160°C.

* It is available without lamb meat minced as well.
