The production and processing unit of NOULIS BROS industry has state-of-the-art equipment which, in combination with the strict production procedures and the experienced staff, ensures excellent conditions of hygiene and safety of the products produced.

At all stages of the production procedure, the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system is strictly applied so that NOULIS BROS products meet the strictest European standards. The equipment is constantly renewed so to always be at the cutting edge of technology, while controls at all stages, from the picking and processing till the packaging and delivery to the customer, are continuous. Our products are transferred with the company's own refrigerator vehicles so to ensure a constant temperature at all stages of their distribution.
