Description: Tzigerosarmas 250 gr approximately.

Ingredients: Lamb pluck, suet, rice, dill, parsley, fresh onion, onion, salt, pepper, spices.

Packaging: 6 Pcs/ PVC Tray/1500gr approximately.

Packaged in: PVC Tray and then wrapped in plastic film suitable for food and lastly in carton of raw material.

The product after its packaging is passed to the freezing oven at -40°C to -50°C for 48 hours so to freeze according to the food hygiene rules.

It is preserved at: -18°C for 12 months.

In the refrigeration from 0°C to +5°C for 24 hours.


Baking Instructions

Oil a large baking pan and place the product covered and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. Take the cover off and brown for about 10 minutes.
